There are many unfilled positions at studios around the world and right here in the Triangle. The video game development workforce is expected to increase as much as 75% by 2009 and the industry needs trained professionals.

Why Wake Tech?
There are over 30 simulation and game companies in the triangle area. Wake Tech has worked closely with them to pinpoint the skills the industry needs most, and we tailored our curriculum to prepare students to fill these positions.

Our courses not only teach graphics, animation, and programming, but also documentation, production, testing, and marketing. Courses are taught using industry standard software such as Maya, Photoshop, and XNA to help students build a portfolio to get the jobs that are out there now!
